Meetup at SkyHub – Open Recruitment Referral Programs

On September 10, a meetup was held at SkyHub in Łódź, during which we had the opportunity to explain how open recruitment referral programs work — programs in which candidates are recommended by people from outside the organization: alumni, interns, brand ambassadors at universities, contractors, and candidates for other positions. The meetup was also an occasion to present Clariant's referral program.

The growing popularity of referral programs
