On September 10th, we held a meeting at the SkyHub in Łódź, where we had the opportunity to discuss how open referral programs work—specifically those where candidates are recommended by people outside the organization, such as alumni, interns, university brand ambassadors, contractors, and candidates for other roles. The meeting also served as a platform to showcase the Clariant referral program.
