What phone number will candidates send SMS to for work in my company?

Candidates apply by sending an SMS to the number 732 12 00 32.

What do candidates have to write in the text of the SMS so that the application ends up in my company account?

Each offer added in the system has an SMS code set by the Customer. We will determine the first code together when starting the service. It will take us no more than a minute.

Where can I access the data of candidates who have sent an SMS application?

After logging in to the Employer's account on the portal https://sms.sharehire.pl candidate applications are available with the phone number from which the candidates sent SMS.

Can I integrate ShareHire SMS with my recruitment system (ATS)?

Yes. All you have to do is add a link to the recruitment form from your recruitment management system (ATS), e.g. Taleo, eRecruiter, HRLink, to the job offer added in the ShareHire SMS system. In this way, you can maintain a further relationship with the candidate acquired by ShareHire SMS in your ATS.

Who is the administrator of candidates' personal data?

The administrator of personal data is the Employer to whom the candidate submits his application (sends SMS). We recommend that on the materials promoting the possibility of SMS application there is a statement of the candidate. Example of content:

I declare that by sending an SMS to the number 732 12 00 32 with the content [offer code] I agree to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of current and future recruitment processes, conducted by [COMPANY NAME] with its registered office at [COMPANY ADDRESS], in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2015, item 2135). I provide the data voluntarily and I acknowledge that I have the right to access, correct or delete the data at any time and that requesting the deletion of data means no further participation in the recruitment processes and will result in the immediate deletion of my data.

Can I cancel the service at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your Employer account at any time. You can delete the account yourself using the functions in the system. In the event that you do not pay the invoice for the next billing period, we will delete your account.

How many employees of my company can access candidate applications in the ShareHire SMS system?

During the free trial, you will use one account to access the app. During or after the test, you will have the option to choose a paid plan that allows access for more recruiters.

Does the website owner use candidate data collected in the ShareHire SMS system?

No. The administrator of candidates' data is our Clients, to whom persons interested in the job send SMS applications. ShareHire SMS owner only allows secure processing of candidate data in its IT system in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Costs and payments

Do I incur any costs during the free test period?

None. The trial period is completely free. We also do not expect to provide payment card details.

How can I pay?

The service is billed on a 30-day subscription cycle. Before the end of each billing period, you will receive a pro-forma invoice from us, after which payment the service is automatically extended for the next billing period. Payment can be made by traditional or online bank transfer or by credit card.

During the use of the system, do I incur additional (apart from the subscription) costs of SMS sent by the system to candidates or received from them?

No. Our Clients do not incur any additional costs related to the number of SMS sent or received in the ShareHire system. The cost of SMS sent by the system is covered by the subscription fee, and the cost of SMS sent by the candidate is charged to his telephone subscription just like any other SMS sent from his phone.

Does the system use Premium SMS services (higher fees for sent SMS)?

No. Under no circumstances do we use SMS services that charge users additional costs for sending or receiving SMS.

Will I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes. Our company is a VAT payer and after paying the subscription on the basis of a pro forma invoice, we will send the correct VAT invoice for the purchase of the subscription.

In what situations can I use ShareHire SMS?

Empowering your audience with a marketing campaign on mobile devices submitting an application without having to fill out an online form, which on mobile devices is not always convenient or works correctly on all types of phones.

If you use ShareHire SMS, we do not limit your ability to use and edit shared poster designs or templates of other materials.
